Terms of Service

These terms govern access to AbilityOS. By using the service, an organization and its authorized users agree to use it lawfully and according to their service agreement.

Authorized use

Users must protect their credentials, follow organization access policies, and access only records needed for their assigned work. Accounts may not be shared.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for user authorization, data accuracy, required notices and consents, regulatory compliance, and maintaining appropriate internal policies.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AbilityOS reliable and secure. Maintenance, security response, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

Acceptable use

Users may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another organization’s information.

Account suspension

Access may be restricted when necessary to protect users, customer information, the service, or to address unlawful use or material breach.
